Bios

Mr. Sean W. Seago, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer. His executive experience includes enterprise-wide responsibility for a number of start-ups. As Manager, Strategic Operations for Neoteric, he managed the 500% growth of a firm engaged in the design and manufacturing of hardware and software control systems for the satellite earth station industry. As CEO of Diversified Cable Services, he profitably built the Company from a local, 6-person operation, into a 110 person national full-service provider to the Cable TV industry. It was there that he gained extensive experience in managing line level, low value-added sales and service personnel in a hyper-growth environment. He has additionally consulted to a wide variety of companies in areas of operational management, acquisition due diligence and market positioning. His experience in flight simulator visual systems started with a research project while at MIT under Nicholas Negroponte at the predecessor to the MIT Media Lab. After several years working on the Space Shuttle's deorbit/reentry autopilot he returned to the visual systems field working for Rediffusion Simulation/Evans & Sutherland and a number of defense contractors. He has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business and a Bachelors in Astronautical Engineering from MIT.

Mr. James Black, Jr., Director of the Company. Mr. Black's background includes founding and growing the first Private Business Television Network provider, VideoStar Connections, Inc. Since selling VideoStar to EDS, he assumed the role of Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of AvData, Inc., an Atlanta based provider of private data networks recently merged with ITC-DeltaCom, a public company. He has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a Masters and Bachelors from MIT.

Mr. Charles R. Markham, Director of the Company. Mr. Markham has served as Chief Financial Officer for several venture-backed software companies in the Massachusetts area. Previously, he worked at John Hancock Venture Capital. Before Hancock, Charles worked as a Management Consultant with Bain & Company, a leading strategy consulting firm. He has a degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Masters in Accounting and Taxation from Bentley College.

Mr. Peter Parsons Esq., Outside Counsel. An attorney and CPA, Mr. Parsons is a leader in the Seattle technology community and chairs the Technology and Software Practice Groups at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. Mr. Parsons has been a board member of the CEO Roundtable, the Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association, the MIT Enterprise Forum of the Northwest and the Washington Software and Digital Media Alliance.
